Mega Man 25th Anniverssary - Dr. Wily the Troll by Author#2
If you thinkabout it, almost every game after the 3nd game has Wily 'trolling' Mega Man with scemes that front somebody else (Dr. Cossack, Proto Man, even Dr. Light) as the villain while he does his thing in the background. This means Wily has been trolling Mega Man for 25 years. Just my thought on it.
