Muy buena idea Karizz!! es la verdadera cara de colors, creo que la mayoria de los dibujos que estan primeros son trazados y hay algunas galerias que son muy originales y sus dibujos pasan sin pena ni gloria es la triste realidad de colors XDD!! PINCHES trazadores XDDD!!!

Pero por otra parte creo que los que trazan no tienen mucha habilidad y lo hacen por que estan aprendiendo XD me pone contento que la gente dibuje!!!

honestly, if you just look around, the quality isn't judged as much as the subject matter. everything nintendo related gets MAD likes. to get likes, just draw what people wanna see... sad

i dont think tracing is that bad and i think ur saying it wrong...tracing is not ORIGINAL art....but beginners have to start somewhere to get a feel for certain shapes and methods...i think tracing is actually a good start....

Honestly, tracing just isnt that big a deal to me. I'd be more angry if someone was blatantly stealing someone elses art, but thats just not the case. I do my best work on paper, I can't free hand on this worth a dam. I trace, yes, but its only things I draw in pencil. Don't act smart because you have an opinion. You're better then that.

Look i dont trace but for those who do: Tarcingnis still art there is nothing wrong about it and technically it is their art as THEY are the ones who traced it and if you didnt notice its called COLOURS 3D not ART-PURISTS 3D. the title says nothing about dove. Forget about it please.

i trace, but i only trace my own drawings that i do on paper, so its still my own art

You are missing the point bro. this IS not an artist oasis. the comunity that download this app have a portable game. the point is, the other side of the screens there are mostly gamers and casual players, not artists. I fell what you're saying, but is expected this kind of over rate upon "memesis", if i may say, inside the Colors! Gallery.
btw, if you check my library, i am mostly a tracer, but don't get me wrong, i know it is not art.

I looked at week´s best today and there were about 5 traced pictures in it. Only two of them were really bothersome to me because there was no additional effort put into them, the others were well done and/or had some sort of 3d-effect added. Not saying I support tracers but I believe people make too much of a deal about it...

True. Sometimes people say that I traced the drawings that I upload in my gallery. But isn't true, from "videos" of each drawing you see that evidently I didn't trace. Sometimes I like COPY some drawings that I found on internet, but I hate trace, and I have never done. And I hate who trace their drawings.

tracing is ok, if you mention the artist who made the original, i disagree it is a good first start, you learn 10 times more if you copy a drawing without tracing, a 6 yr old can trace...more annoying is that most people here are rude, bagging for likes and not checking yr gallery if you leave a message....i can also understand the frustation of people who really create something, with their own imatination (of every level), they see the traced paintings passing by on weeks best everytime, and what is more annoying then seeing a painting which has the artistic intelligence of a 6 year old get more likes then his or hers...on the other hand, the program is still awesome, now the community and where are getting somewhere, cheers!

I think you're exagerrating the problem with tracing. Most paintings done by those who do nothing but copy their work tend to be sloppy and they get only so much attention. They only occasionally make it on the upper half of Week's best, and only a very few of those blatant tracings make it on the Top gallery. There are plenty of great looking paintings in which tracing was clearly used, but not exclusively, and those artists used enough of their own skill that I have no qualms with them.
Tracers aren't ruining colors, there's plenty of other aspects that are worse; the pointless and lewd scribbles, friend code pic, copied and repeated art, the dot wannabes, all of these things flood the New Paintings gallery and flushes the more interestng paintings from view. I don't hear nearly as many complaints about those than I do the tracing. Well, maybe the dots.

I so much hate tracers. Time and time again it pushes my stuff out of getting the attention I wish it should get.

Tracing can be art, it depends if the style of the individual artist makes it into the picture, or if it is simply a carbon copy being made.

Yes but we have t be thankful, the tracers have helped colors to grow into something bigger. and to keep it interesting for everybody there will be filter options and new gallery functionality that will help with this thing in the near future..

When you see the playback, real artists see when it's traced or not. People who draw arms, then the legs before the head, without the construction lines to draw a character, etc... it's traced. The last SSBB (traced) work in the weekly best prove it. (sorry for my bad english, french dude)

The community ruinedColors 3D with my little pony, traced pictures and 9GAG jokes which aren't even funny.

The only time I trace is if I've been asked to color in a pic that I had to take with the camera, and that's because if I don't it looks weird when you remove the background pic :/ If you trace it it's still art, just not art that you did.

Sometimes tracing is difficult for blurry images, besides tracing is a term for ENHANCING the original!

ODIO los dibujos trazados, pero los memes y eso no me fastidia k los tracen, la verdad... pero me molesta UN MONTON cuando alguien hace un dibujo trazado, le dicen k lo dibujo muy bien y cuando ves sus pinturas son MUY diferentes al dibujo que, obviamente, trazó -.-

yo me esfuerzo mucho en un dibujo y luego resulta k un monton de dibujos trazados son mas famosos, siendo hechos co.n facilidad ya k solo tienen k seguir unas estúpidas líneas -.-

pero como ya dijeron en un comentario, si ll trazas habiéndolo dibujado tu sí k esta bien visto (a mi parecer), porque ese dibujo lo has hecho tu y no estas copiando el esfuerzo de otro...

ah, y este dibujo no está trazado (this isn't traced) xk si no, no se hubiera molestado en poner la maqueta de dónde va el nombre, etc.

(y no hubiera escrito tracrs, ponganlo en play lento para que vean)
