One of the new starter pokemon from the new games Pokemon X & Y for the 3DS. This one is of the Water type and seems to be based on a Frog. Named Froakie. Check my gallery to see the other two.

Omegawolf: Nahh they only look weird because the are new and you get used to saying them after a while. (Like Zweilous) And anyway X & Y might mean Xerneas and Yveltal.

X&Y could mean the genetic in the dns. In the japanese logo is the dns in one of the letters.
