Your art is amazing but the 3D is not ok on the flower center. The filaments seems to be floating and its not part of the flower. One hint, next time turn down the opacity of the edge and continue the filament on layer below. It will create a illusion they are conected. ;)

lucsdf- i am way ahead of you there XD. Im doing some love birds now and merged the layers a bit better. that was the only think that bugged me about my lily. :] thank you. constructive crits are the best.

js dude- i didnt know there were lessons out for this. 0.o no, i just winged it. :] working with Colors! is easier than using cg programs like photoshop or painter bc i can actually SEE my mark makings. :] :]

very lovely. agree with lucsdf...dew drops are free floating (but very well done). message to those idiot critics out there complaining that this artist's flower is a copy of the one in the Art Academy: who the h#ll cares? it's still beautiful, and talent shines thru: even if hundreds of people painted the same flower, 99 percent of you jerks wouldn't be able to produce something as promising as this. CHIN UP, keep painting. Looking forward to more!-Anoia

thanks for your compliments & constructive crits...advice is great from other artists who really care about their work as well as giving a helping hand to someone who's trying to improve themselves (& aren't we ALWAYS trying to improve our art?) my husband & i are both artists: he loves spray paints & markers...i'm more into pencil, charcoal, and ink...paint is hard for me. i'm glad people are liking my stuff. Your art is really amazing. If you are not already professional you should consider it!
