There is no need for a burn tool, just get a slightly darker tone of the same color to shade the image and a slightly lighter color to add highlights.

What you can do, if you feel that you 'have' to have a burn tool, just draw the unshaded picture on here then export it and use burn on another package (e.g. PhotoShop, SumoPaint, Pixlr, Paint.NET e.c.t.)

@super*star a burn tool is a brush that is used for adding highlights and shadows by slightly lightening / darkening the area it is used on
