I want to know how to do the rainbow technique

eerie asylum- on your first layer use colors in the rainbow order, in any pattern you like. In this painting I did each colour diaginally, but I've seen a lot of people draw the lines horizontally. I just did a twist on the norm. Brush texture is also a nice variation.
It's kind of hard to explain- if you press play and watch the start of this or my other paintings you might understand better.

Daww its adorable! I saw your comment on the Gen 6 artwork and i couldn't resist to look at a fellow pokemon fans artwork. Im getting Y because Xerneas' concept is too much like Stantler, Sawsbuck and Virizion.

^ ^ I understand that completely, but the reason I like Xerneas more than Yveltal is because it looks like the other poke-deer. When I first saw it, I yelled; "I have to get it!" so I guess there's no turning back....
