That blue thing on his head is a scarf not a headband. JUST to make THAT sure. He loves attention and is pretty much a drama king. He is always ready for a battle and is pretty considered bipolar since he changes his moods fairly quickly. He is a spectacular actor and is, somewhat, a generous Pokemon. Never underestimate him!
