My Oc from Hetalia. She is a monotoned vampire, and the sister of Romania. Personally, I really like her:) Oh and I got the makeup idea from from Dero Goi, lead singer for Oomph! (my favorite German band! If you like industrial metal, they are the best!) I posted this... but then realized I didn't finish, I still had places that didn't get painted.
