Well, a girl will be slightly degected after being told it won't work out. So just give her some time to calm down and let her friends comfort her. The worst thing you could do right now is try and comfort her.

It depeneds on your point of view. Myself, it seems a bit to staightfoward. 90 percent of all people don't tell their crush they like them is becasue they are afraid of what their response will be. I've been raking my brain around that one. seems impossible to figure out...
