This is a sketch of an o.c I made for a Naruto RP, he's a 10 year old fortune teller that uses cosmic energy to form various jutsus (and its his kekkei genkai), and he needs a name, preferably Japanese..Oh and he's from Iwakagure..if that'll help? Thankies.
