i guess its like a higher level of his evo form. in this form shock is no longer himself, but only a blood thirsty monster. his power is not yet fully known

hmm well i hate the series and one mlp OC said mine didnt have to be so loveable and happy so i made mine not so happy but open to friendly users, and my next pic of will probably her smiling.

I can't see this being an O.C because this character clearly duplicates Mephiles from Sonic 2006.
