My first painting on the 3DS version of Colors!. I drew this random kid I came up with, so this is OC. It's nothing special, but comments are appreciated...or criticism. Coloring isn't my strong suit. As for the name, the name Julie was in my head...but I got a bit creative with the spelling. Jewel-y...get it?
