Info on these three will be supplied in the comments later. They're all water/flying ground birds and use their wattles in storing water. The word pheasant comes from the Latin for 'bird of the Phasis River', so naturally, a water-type pheasant fakemon is a legitimate idea. There will be other ground bird fakemon, forming a trio of fire/water/grass.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

Tarmaqua (Ptarmigan and Aqua)
Riverbank Bird PKMN
Evolves into Phacistern at level 16
Tarmaqua are comparatively rare PKMN that live in woodlands near rivers. They can inflate their nose wattle with air or water and force it out of their nostrils under high pressure. They use this to fend off predators and (males) attract females. They can flutter for quick moments to get airborne, but are mediocre fliers and prefer walking or running.

Phacistern (Phasis and Cistern)
Game bird PKMN
Evolves into Esorgua at level 32
Phacistern are much more adept at controling water than Tarmaqua. They will fill their large forked wattle with water, then call loudly several times, using the water for resonance. They travel in loosely knit groups across moist woodlands in search of food and other Phacistern flocks. When two groups meet, males will battle for dominance and ladies.

Esorgua (Grouse spelled backwards and agua)
Grouse PKMN
Esorgua are primarily solitary, but sometimes form small flocks. Their wattle sacks are so heavy that they wrap around the neck for support. Males will shoot water from their mouths at large trees to knock them over, then perches on it and calls to females. Females lack the lump directly under the beak and the middle chest waddle.
