um no its not, Black Wargreymon is a dragon digimon, on games like digimon rumble arena you must get agumon into a dragon boosting cage/area eventually it evolves into either of the 2 depending on the colour

anyway Sure both have the type Dragon Man but thats not calling it a dragon, but a mix between the two, besides black wargreymon is awesomer than flamedramon by a long shot, ya know what im stopping nerdering tonight, my head is pounding im coming down with a cold and im annoyed by how my mii art has low likes.
