Very nice drawing, the 3D is good but not great, try copying kyurem onto every empty layer then erasing the parts that are not supposed to be at that depth. e.g the front wing could be on the front layer alone, followed by the main body behind it and the tail and back wing in the layer behind it. The back ground also needs some work.
