Well the 3d and the tree aren´t bad, also the hand is ok.
What you should improve: add shadows (especially in a pic like that). Try to give yourself more time with details, so that it´ll look neat. The background and the shady figure could also look better when redone. I´m missing more black, and I mean darkest black in this pic. That´ll rise the contrast and give the picture more depth.
