When transitioning from one layer to another, give your audience time to read the dialogue (I mess up on that part too) When you introduce a new layer with dialogue, scribble/work on a layer your veiwer can't see. Then introduce the new layer and repeat.

I tried making an animation once... its way too much work for me. Hahaha But this is good though, you pretty much have all the basic down. I'm sure with some more practice you'll be even more awesome.
