I just reposted to download it from my computer with my signature I forgot to put on it. -3- You popular artists act so high and mighty.

Not... really :T I assumed you re-upped it because you wanted to download it but you left it there long enough to pass through "New Paintings" one time (and I know it doesn´t take long to download it). I´m just not a big fan of reposts. Besides, I said I liked the original (which I did because it was pretty awesome) so what´s the big deal? I´m always trying to have a point when I´m commenting and if your upload leaves room for constructive criticism I´m leaving constructive criticism. Why do so many people misunderstand that?

Additionally, please don´t use the term "popular artist" on me :I I consider this term to be misused very often in this community.

This gallery is pretty much just a popularity contest now. Not for the love of art...

What's the deal with haters going through such lengths? None of the 'popular' artists on Colors act high OR mighty. They draw art to express either feelings or ideas. If people like those ideas it motivates them to do more. What would be the point in art if no-one felt motivated to do it? I'm gonna need a reference/proof to see that any 'popular' artist on Colors has acted like a God of some kind. This is simply just some good art that Whoever has posted here. Why would you want to steal it? Jealousy?

Kyranosaurus, haha, his comment has nothing to do with this painting, he just re-posted one of his artworks and I left a slightly cynical comment on it XD It wasn´t exceptionally important to me and it wasn´t even supposed to be against him but him talking about how I behave differently from others because I´m apparently a "popular artist" on here annoyed me a little bit XP

Oh, and the main reasons the term "popularity" begins to annoy me is because many people think of it as a high-school-like popularity-system despite the fact that this analogy doesn´t fit at all to this community. Additionally, there are very few times in which this term is used without jealousy or pride...

And where in the world is your so-called 'constructive comments'? The reason I left my repost up is so we can see your comment. And I do repost things that say check out the original because Colors' doesnt have a search function yet. And let me make it perfectly clear that I am not jealous of your work or how many stars you have. I dunno wear you got this high school popularity idea, but I'm focusing on Colors and artists. You're a popular artist, and every other artist you draw in your works are very popular too. You guys are always in This Week's Best. So yeah, you're a popular artist. My problem with you is that you decided to make me look like a star begger or attention starved on my artwork. Yeah, thanks for the star and all, but you have great influcence over a lot of Colors, so when you say stuff like that, all of your fans will follow suit and defend you.

If you think of it as a comment from someone who thinks that he or she has a higher position than you, yes it sounds pretty degrading. But my comments are always meant to be read like every other comment on every other platform ever. I´m sorry if it came off wrong but it was supposed to be lighthearted. I was leaving a lot of random comments on New Paintings that day...

Btw, the high-school-popularity thing wasn´t directed at you, it was just the reason I dislike this term: Many people see the "popular" crowd as generally being stuck up or as being a jerk to lesser known people. I find this similar to the "Jocks-and-Nerds" concept. I could go deeper in this but I think it would fill up this comment section too much.

And another thing: I initially left this comment there believing the upload wouldn´t stay very long. I hoped to leave a completely random comment without any consequences there, I wasn´t even sure if you´d read it because I assumed you´d just be taking it down after it did its job. It was a comment that was just supposed to be between you and me, I didn´t even think of any of my fans getting involved, because judging from my expirience, the amount of people who know me is not that astoundingly high that it suddenly causes an enourmous reaction everywhere just because I said "Hurr-Durr that guy has reposted once"

I guess this was just from my pent up frustration against some of the popular artists out there... And I'm sorry I took it out on you. But I've seen dozens of artists who create amazing works, and are better than me, who get less likes and less apreciated. It rustles my jimmies to no end.

Also, just to get things clear: I saw his first comment on here and thought that he said he downloaded your painting so he could take credit. At this point, I really have NO idea what you guys were originally talking about but that might be best. Sorry for any false accusations!

TPG, Yes, I´m seeing this alot too. I hope the new community-functions that are promised to come with the update in February will make things a lot better. And they look like they really could. But let´s just try to make the best out of what we have and keep peace and respect towards each other :) The times before the update are the times C3D! needs its community the most.

Yeah, I think tne main feature missing is the ability to search paintings. My friend keeps telling me to check out his new painting but we can't even find each other on here to do so. Luckily it's possible on the website but even so...

Reminds me of the Pirate Hideout from Zelda: Majora's Mask. The spiral reminds me of Noki Bay in Super Mario Sunshine. Also, Zelda: The Wind Waker and Team Fortress 2....
