Sweet! It reminds me of the World Ends With You monsters called "Noise". Certain parts of their bodies are colorful tattoo designs like this picture.

This Lucario resembles anpther animal...... Either way, EXCELLENT JOB! I am also working on a Lucario drawing as well, but I don't know how long it will take. I just got colors 3D yesterday. Do you mind if I can use yours for a little inspiration? Lucario fan to Lucario fan. Don't worry I will not spin-off! I am against that.
