with a name like arctic chill you would expect his heart to be as cold as ice, but thats not the case. this young pony is full of curiosity and dreams of traveling to the arctic circle to see the aurora borealis or the 'northern lights'. he's rather quiet until you get to know him, but once you thaw through his thin layer of ice, he'll be your best friend. his magic can materialize ice from the water vapour in the air.
