Art to many is subjective, some may percieve it as art, while others will not. It really depends on the spectator, so to speak.

I made a dot of my own, but just for giggles. I never understood the craze, really.

yeah, i said 'draw real art!!' in comments on those dot paintings, and, i kind of knew it was art. because i like saw the exact same thing in an art meuseum. yeah. crazy.

ART,I have seen some disturbing things on colors ( a gun kiIIing thing ) it made me laugh and feel ashamed at the same time, but that is what art can do. I do wish people would be more considerate of the youfh on colors.

Yeah, the dot instantly reminded me of other examples of modern art... Even though I don´t believe someone would interpret the same amount of depth in it as in "The Black Square" it certainly had a statement and it was original... Who are we to judge what is art and what is not anyway? We can´t just judge a painting on the time spent drawing it...

Hey this is missing Leonardo Davinci´s Monalisa or Last Dinner! I like Dali´s clocks, Migel Angel, Egiptian art, Christian art... Hmm but i dont like that white line and that dot both at bottom row. Theres no place for them in my own conception of art. :) BTW Great Painting..!

agree :-) but can also understand the somewhat angry reactions, especially those he try hard to capture some likes.... sometimes the galery is somewhat not understandable, well yr new paintings are awesome, as always :-)

I've never really understood "modern" art, I'm more of a "classical style" and renaisance kind of art lover. I do draw Manga, but I don't think that it is considered "modern" art.

i think a dot is not art, throwing paint at something and doing messy scribbles is not art. its ****, lazy and ****** stupid. like they say "you cant rush art". i think there are statments and there is art. yeah somepeople make statments through art. but doing something to just get a reaction from people is not art. the clock painting = art. that red peice of **** with the white line in it = not art. good work. but i dont agree with it all. well done though.
