I have nothing against tigers or the people who support them, but seriously, where are the people supporting all the endangered birds? And whoever they are, they don't get enough credit. C'mon, folks. There are roughly 200 Whooping Cranes alive today. And we complain there are only some-odd thousand tigers.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

Couldnt have said it better myself! If I could like this 100 times I would. I know exactly how you feel. It isn't fair, is it? Seabirds and shorebirds need the most help too, because of oil spills...

I think it's more that mammals get the most attention out of all the animal groups(since not only do you rarely see "save the endangered birds!" you also rarely see "save the endangered fish" or "save the endangered reptiles" or any support for other endangered non-mammals). It's because all mammals are "oh so cute and fluffy". Notice how the only animals you see people campaign for are pandas, elephants, wolves, big cats, bears, whales(which leads to the hypocritical "whaling is horrible and evil but inhumane shark-finning is always ok"), dolphins(which get more sympathy than marine life that actually needs help, like tuna and sharks), seals, and various other mammals. The only birds that get anywhere near that amount of attention are penguins and maybe bald eagles.
