Theres not enough buttons and everyone would need a circle pad pro. Also I doubt the 3DS is strong enough to run this game, especially if your playing online. Id prefer it on wii u

Of cource minecraft 3ds would have to only be downloadable content because mojang doesent want to put up with re-funds, i think that would be where nintendo and mojang disagree. :P

nintendo has heard about the idea but mojang has to agree and produce the game, but if mojang were to develope the game for the 3ds i think nintendo would agree to licensing it

Well it can do it,but I think 3DS can not handel minecraft And mojang was on the PC but since Xbox was like a PC they put it on Xbox,if Nintendo was like a commputer otherwise,they would put it on 3DS,but likewise its not

I have heard so many people say different things about this, so I really don't know the facts. But I gotta say, mojang and nintendo, this would be THE MOST EPIC THING IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE if you did this!!! God I wish there was a way, I mean if they can let us play MK7 with people in australia, why not let us play minecraft on here with multiplayer possibly!!??
