Your art is actually quite good. Most of the colors community aren't critics, though, so it can be hard to get reliable feedback.
If I may, in this particular drawing, i feel the face may be too long, and the eye too far back. Other than that, I don't see any problems. Keep practicing! You'll improve before you know it. :)
