Masterfully crafted artwork. The lines and colors on the two Sonics are ripped right from the pages of classic concept art, but the backgrounds are bright and glow with finely-tuned style. Every little detail contributes to this masterpiece: the varying dashes of purple resembling a massivd crowd, the smooth look of the dark clouds and the smart use of layers to give the battlefield its immersive depth. When you say "ripped from the classic concept art". I hoped u dont mean I traced cause i drew this on my own with only a screenshot of stardust speedway as a reference. lol

I've been drawing classic sonic a long time, so i'm used to it. :3

Not sure why you resubmitted this for such a small update, but it's still looking good. If this is a WIP are you planning on shading Sonic and Metal?

Reason I didn't do shading on sonic or metal is because I wanted to show contrast between them and the background. I may consider shading them in the future, but at the moment, this is the final.

Also, sorry about that. If there was an option to simply update the last submission, I would've done so... instead of resubmitting.
