No it is not Japanese; written Japanese isn't even an alphabet. It's a hybrid syllabry-ideographic system; individual symbols correspond to either a syllable (with no implicit meaning) or a particular meaning which can be read in multiple ways. And rarely you'll see the Roman alphabet (romaji, also known as the alphabet you are using right now) used; although reading Japanese in romaji is like reading English rittin fonetikly.

As for this symbol set, most likely they use the same symbols but mapped to the syllables of Japanese writing - and skipping the ideographic symbols, as there are too many of them, so again, like writing phonetically.

I got the Font on the Computer, its fun, and I also have Twilight Princess Font , I can read that one easier than Skyward Sword one. And the Skyward Sword is based off of english alphabet

Did you know that TP Hylian is actually English? The letters are just distortions of the Latin alphabet.

And in the Wii version, it's mirrored.

The sign on the Elde Inn says 'HoTeL', the bomb shop says 'boMb'. And the words on the wall at the Temple of Time entrance say ''coPy Rod/STone STATue/SAncTuARy/MASTeRSWoRd''

What is your reference? It never gave a translation in Hyrule Historia.

if look it over some of the symbols have two letters like for example q and g. that is what confuses me.
