Omigosh, this looks like an outfit idea that came into my head last night. A shortened tuxedo top in all black, with a black dress under, just like this. Under is a layer of black lace, and under that a layer of copper lace. On the cuffs are mini gears, and a brooch of of gears. Top-notch work!! So pretty!!! :3
