I hope you know he can't evolve into Garados anymore. What did you do to level it up? Link trade? EXP. Share? Day care? Anyway, congrats. nice picture, and my Lv. 100 Emolga would bring in down with discharge.

actually all i do is press B while its about to evolve u can do that in diamond/pearl and in black/white [which i hav white]

Its not that difficult to get a lvl.100 Magikarp. Just catch like a lvl.90 one in Pokemon Platinum then transfer it to Black or White and level it up via lots of Audino.

Heres an idea for nintendo! if a magikarp becomes lv1OO splash should become a 1hit KO move as a reward. at lv 99 Instead of saying "Magikarp used splash!...but nothing happened." it should become at lv1OO "Magikarp used splash! It's accumilated power enhanced the splash... AND MADE A FLASH FLOOD! I hit KO!"
