Ever wondered why there is a swirly thing on the stomach of Poliwrath (above)? Well, in real life a tadpoles stomach is so thin that you can see its intestines through its skin, and the swirl on Poliwrath was actually made to resemble this (because poliwrath is based off a tadpole)! The swirl can also be seen on the entire Poliwag evolution chain (even incuding Politoed).
