watch peoples playbacks to pick up some tips. the best way to learn is by 'doing'. so just keep drawing and adding detail. dont be afraid to copy things like hands, eyes, legs from different pictures. when you learn different these different bits and put them together, you have a picture! your characters are quite good though.

err, take the first 'different' out of that last msg! lol

i always thought my characters were junk, i mean, its so flat an monotonous<-(one tone)
