looks great..what is the thingy around him? and ofc u nedd a background if u ever want to move beyond the 'childish doodle level' as an artist. maybe think : where is this creature chained? that would be a natural setting that tied in with the character (if u can appreciate the pun). well, just friendly advice, artist to artist. cheers!

add ofc? also it chained becsuse it just what repede wears and he's of a games called tales of vesperia. I did start on a background bur it didn't appel to me whist drawing it, i was puttting it of for at least 3 months so I uploaded without as other wise i'd have no clue when it would be completed. stilll may complete it later
