How the hell do you expect a Raichu to KO a Volcarona who already set up Quiver Dance??? Volcarona had a higher Speed, Sp.Atk and Sp.Def. Hell, even her Giga Drain would've KO'd Raichu.

Oh and btw, you dont need to use the touch screen to battle.
