To swap a note, You make one. EASY. and when u made one it should pop up with 2 selections, pick the send through Spot-Pass and select your friend you want to send it to! If you already made one but not sent it, Read it and when u finished reading, there should be a selection on the top saying send! go on that, select spot-pass and send it!
