First off Raquel, that's impolite.
Second, I would get to know the guy (the one you like) better, find things in common, then start a conversation with him about that topic. Things will become more friendly between you two, then maybe it will become something more.
For the other guy, if he pushes for you to go out with him, decline (nicely) and if he really likes you he will just stay your friend, he won't get mad, his ego might be hurt but you don't want HIM.
