I guess you could start by traceing things... It helps you learn shading/shapes

the first thing to learn when drawing is to understand how to build and draw things and characters from boxes and circles. ex: make a circle, put a cross in the middle, thats ur nose, an eye to each upper side, the mouth below. ET cetera..

First: Be clear about what you want to draw.
Then: Make Outlines
And: Chose the colors
After making and chosing: Draw it
After drawing: Correct if you think you need to do.

tip One;Dont spam
Tip Two: draw however you feel. Anything can inspire, you'll be supprised.
Tip Three: Comment and like pics you like. Mention what you like about the piece, if you want, ask nicely if theyd like to look at your gallery, DONT just go "cool! check my gallery".
