Welp, Just wanted to share my point of view. Not trying to be mean or anything. ^^

i agree dont trace i just use photo refence cause if i draw a pic from 1 of rin and lens songs the most ive got is 1 silver and 2 bronze stars i dont trace i use a pic. to inspire and/or help me make it look more nice pls see my gallery i liked and souport

Come on! That´s how life works you should now that by now. At least think that a person liked your drawings, that´s cool right? If you really love to draw you don´t need anybody to tell you that your work is good (well I admit that when someone tells you something is so great). I now it sucks but well... Maybe one solution is to find another "real artists" to talk, discuss and learn something new , practice everyday and enjoy the process ;)

ive never gotten more then one star on anything. i took down most of my paintings thinking people didnt like em. im not as good as u but eh. plz check the one painting i still hav bfor i take that down 2.

Chill you shouldn't be drawing for the approval of others- just do it because you enjoy it. Do you think classical artists like Monet gave a monkeys if people said they liked their work? Anyway its always nicer if somone leaves a comment as opposed to a star if you are looking for feedback- looked at your gallery and you have talent so just keep drawing and don't stress ;)

yeah it sucks, but hay, one like, i smile, a like and a coment makes my day, anything more i feel estatic, the value of a dollar.

Very nice point. Something im experiencing aswell. I seriously wonder if my hard work is crap to some people. Believe me I din't think you're an attention freak of any kind. Very well thought out, Nothing harsh to say. I like it! good too see stuff like this instead of ponies any day.

i totally agree with you i just love to draw too, and when i have a 'big project' nobody appreciates it after i post it, i only have 9 paintings atm but still i only have 1 silver star outta them all the other 8 have only 1-3 stars each; some ppl really care for the hard work while others (more than those who do like the hard work) just like the traced stuff because its "perfect and was easy"... i personally love the hard work aspect of art cuz that's what makes it art you put your heart into that picture.... sorry started to ramble but going back yeah i agree with you its very irritating

I spent 3 WEEKS drawing something. I had little feedback. It's painful.

I am a tracer.
BUT I trace what I drew on paper before redrawing it on my 2DS.
It´s really hard for me to draw directly on it cause I can´t place my hand on the DS like I usually would on paper.
And even though it is my own artwork, nobody EVER looked at it. I have no fans, no likes and no comment, but I´m not whining about it.
I too want people to see what I do and know what they think, but I draw because I like it. not for some likes.
AND if people still like it AFTER seeing that it´s traced, it´s their opinion. some people just don´t know that it´s traced because they don´t watch the videos.
so.. people, stop complaining about not getting attention from some poeple on the internet, and start caring for the people in real life who need YOUR attention.
