Turbo Twins by ChibiNel
Unofficial names are Ted and Teddy. The two blue-clothed characters in Turbo Time, always in 2nd and 3rd place when Turbo wins 1st. From a few headcanons, one has an optimistic personality and looks up to Turbo, while the older twin resents Turbo and doesn't understand the younger's admiration of Turbo. The two twins are mute and speak in sign language. NOTE: NONE OF THIS IS OFFICIAL. ALL OF IT IS FANON.
