Oh, the cruelty! O.O Cousin love is temporay, but photos last forever! The drawing style is good, even though the content makes me wince (I abhore seeing anyone in pain or discomfort), but for some reason my eyes keep being drawn to the area between those two open legs on the bottom left... Terrible, I know!

Coloring that part was amazing. Every time I looked up, I saw open legs in front of me. ;D
Don't worry, he's not in any MAJOR pain. He's mostly just surprised over the fact of the sudden pull for a picture.
