don't you have to sign a COPPA consent form and mail it in to register with a site when you're underaged? that and the fact that pretty much anyone below this age limit hardly understands the concept of online discussions and traditional ettiquette in comments and posting on an art site

No alexx...don't let them get to you. They're just not worth the trouble.
What I think is that if everyone were to ignore their immature drawings and negative attitude, they'd eventually get bored of it. Think about it, they're just kids afterall. They won't keep their attention on one thing for so long.
