This particular fairy is known as Tatl, Link's companion in Majora's Mask. The theme here is that she's looking for her brother (the black/purple fairy), Tael.

Tatl is the fairy from majoras mask. she is gold while navi is blue and does not say "hey listen" or any thing instead she just chimes. she travels with link while her brother tail helps skull kid. hope that clears things up.
