because swapnote isnt always dependable because handwriting and stuff like that that way its possible to IM to people on friend list

well,yes, nintendo should bring it back,but i beleive they wouldnt. heres why:
1:they think everyone has perfect writing for swapnote
2:they also beleive that whoever is on your friends list is just your friend from school, so we wont need to chat at all.
3: they think we can talk using that twelve letter talking thing on your friends list.
not saying that i dont want this [i really want this so bad!] i am just saying that i do not think this is possible for it to happen. Also, i dought that anyone who knows japanese who just happens to know owata will think about telling him so that he thinks that he will three hundred thousand people happy and the other people who dont know what to do with pictochat at all.
