This reminds me of the Soldier Heartless from KINGDOM HEARTS. It makes me wonder if you were inspired from the concept art for those. Regardless, this looks great. It SHOULD be a Heartless.

Huh, never played those games. I wanted too, but I'm kind of late for that.

Oh I totally recommend the Kingdom Hearts series - should you ever find the time to play them. I understand, it's hard to find the time.

I’ve personally played them in order of release. I also own every single title. Having said that, you don’t need to own them all… unless you get intensely into the story-line (like me). The alternative is, you can watch the cut-scenes [on YouTube] for the games you can’t get access to.
You can play: Birth by Sleep (PSP), Kingdom Hearts 1 (PS2), Kingdom Heart 2 (PS2), then finally, Dream Drop Distance (3DS); these are the main titles, still accessible. They will also piece the story together for you in a simple way.
