I've been craving more and more to improve. It actually isn't a good feeling, and kind of hurts. My grandpa told me I should quit art and "set my priorities" to become a doctor or something. >:I I'm aiming to prove him wrong. ASDFGHJKLgcfxgsgb I've been drawing all day even at school and I can't feel my fingers. ARGHGHFHFUFUFUFUFU.

He doesn't deside what you should do. You do what you want to do. Thats your freedom. My Mom made that mistake of listening to her Mom [My grandna] to become a nerse and she didn't even like the job. Remember IT YOUR LIFE NOT HIS. He did give your mom or dad life but still he can't deside that instead he should be happy to see you do what you love. Also art is a talent not everyone has and I can tell you love art and was born with it. I will never leave my talent so you shouldn't ether, just think of people who will love to have your skills. NEVER LEAVE YOUR TALENT AND ALWAYS FOLLPW YOUR DREAMS.

He's not your Dad, he has no authority to be telling you anything like that. I'm sorry he made you feel like that, but, Look what came out. This is wounderfully gorgeous. Gosh. You seriously uphold the true meaning of art!
My Grandfather, may he rest in peace, was a father figure in my life as my biological Dad never left Germany... Anyway, my Grandpa was an artist and always encouraged me to persue what I loved. My Mom is the same, encouraging me to persue carrer in the Arts.
Do you really wanna live life or just Exsist?
Like everyone else is saying, It's your life, you define it. Do what makes you happy!

Why stop chasing your dreams just because a parent doesn't approve anyways? If you really love doing something do it. In the end, no one's gonna keep you from doing it more than yourself.

The desire to improve is a great thing. This piece is further proof that you are very gifted and seem quite serious. However, art is a very hard subject to do well in--and having another subject to rely on just in case isn't a bad idea either. Good luck to you though. :]

This is what art is about, creativity, imagination and story. I am very happy to see this in colors, I've never expected it, all te top ranked are game related or traced. Thank you for making this, seriously.

Don't give up on art because of your grandapa's apparent misconceptions. You're very talented, and obviously driven, so you could easily succeed as a freelancer. Try researching illustration careers and you'll be pleasantly surprised. (And be sure to share your findings with your family.) Artists with entrepeneurial know-how and some business classes can make a very comfortable living. :)

Never quit! You have TRUE talent that not many people have! You are truly amazing and should keep making your absolutly beautiful artwork until you feel like you are ready to stop. Don't stop because he told you to! Really, your art is incredible and has been inspiring me and many others from the moment we saw it.Keep it up! :D

Quit art? If art is what you love to do[btw, you're really excellent at it], then do it. It's your life.Do what makes you happy, not what others want you to do, because at the end of the day, it is you, not them that will have to work at a job that you'll
