Roxy's best and closest friend, they met at Naz! camp where Naz!s captured kids and experimented on them. Cynthia's arm got severly damaged when she was forced to fight with one of the kid in the camp when she was 11. it was untreated for months and had to be cut off. later when she was getting experimented by scientists they put a robotic arm on her. because of other experiments she is now able to generate an enormus amount heat out of her hands and create fire and electricity. #cyborg #robot
