I read the comments of this painting, and got excited about the commotion. Then, I clicked the playback button, and was thrown out of my chair. ... HAHA! Nice Train set. :3
@jkvasn flipping your work is good for checking if it reads well in another direction. By flipping it, oh get a set of 'fresh eyes' on your piece, and u might find something that can be improved upon... Like the composition etc... Its also useful when painting portraits. When u flip a portrait painting, you'll see may see things that just look 'off' ... i.e. one eye may look really wonky etc... You don't realize how much you may be conditioned to paint in a certain way - but by flipping your work, you,ll be able to fix these things... Cheers.
