Stunfisk. It has decient attack, defense, sp. attack, sp. defense, and HP and is the first ground electric pokemon and recieves no love what so ever! Plus it would be halarious to draw

Eevee is my over all favorite pokemon, but I think that any pokemon with the ability: hustle is pretty useless unless it has moves that are guaranteed not to miss.
