to give it all the boosts he has (For example, if he ate an stamina candy, he can give effects to others with a small 5% boost BUT Dandy takes a debuff; if he has consumed an instruction and gives the effect to someone, he will therefore have a -50% extraction speed debuff for 20 seconds)
