The kids and I were watching a couple of herons this year. They are impressive birds.
#landscape
The original was done back in 2020, I kept the description, but was never happy with the heron in the painting. With the 2DSXL it was hard to get the brushes small enough to get in detail without it coming out with an outline feel. With the larger canvas of the Switch/PC I could get better details, and the new tools allowed me to adjust the colors a bit,
It still looks a bit oversaturated on some screens, but fine on others.
Looking back, this time six years ago was a happy memory in the middle of the pandemic. Since traffic was down during lock-down we would walk and see geese, herons, hawks, owls, muskrats, and even a day-time coyote around the area. Touched this up to have a nice memento from that time.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

A very nice touch up, looking back at the original. I don't have any issues with the saturation. Rather, I think it just about hits a sweet spot. Might even be able to up the color saturation a bit in my opinion.

@The_Adjudicator Glad to hear it looked good on your screen. I have one that displays middle of the road, but the two screens I draw on are either very saturated or under saturated! So it makes it tough to hit that middle ground.

@highland_cow Thank you. Superlikes are given by individuals, and I hadn't even realized it had one until you mentioned it!
That is a kind gift from someone!
