3 tutorials in 1, copying things is the same
and you use that copying to make more circles
the copying is like this:

1, Draw a thing you want to copy
2, Duplicate layer
3, Move thing
4, ( If want symmetrical put size to -100 by putting size arrow through object )
5, Merge down layers
6, Do that until your done
Use select and move tool to move and select things And you use that to make perfect ring.
