Silly, the two-toned Trickster who is known for getting in trouble and sent to detention for often disobeying Dandy and Astro.
He's pretty much the equivalent of both "George and Harold" from the "captain underpants" series (don't ask.) for the kinds of pranks he pulls on the students and the school staff.

This version of Silly is canon only to this tag and none of my other works.
